- The product must be unused, in the original packaging.
- Return only valid in case if you received defected/faulty product, but “Change of Mind” can’t be return and if we do refund on “Change of Mind” then 10% amount will be detected from the shoe price. You can ask for return and claimed within 2 days.

- The procedure of return is very simple, send us back that product to our address through any courier logistics (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS), after receiving the product our customer service department will contact you for your Bank Account details or Easypaisa details. - Return can’t be accepted in this scenario, Suppose, (Change of Mood, and if you ordered shoe in Euro 42 size and you received the Euro 42 size, but it’s not fitting well on your feet, so it’s a mistake from your side because we already mentioned the size chart and size guide with all our product’s details, but you can change the size for that just follow our exchange policy)
- Consider our all sizes in EURO, we attached the size chart and size guide with each product’s details with named “SIZE CHART”, first check your size before asking for size exchange or before placing an order.
- The exchange will be processed in 7 days.
- In size exchange delivery charges Rs.200/- will apply.
- The customer will bear the delivery charges as well while sending us back to us.
- If you received the product and product has defected, so NO CHARGES will apply, you can get a refund or you can exchange the other product as well.
- For size exchange, you just have to send us back to our address through any courier (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS) delivery charges will be bear by the customer. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
